What TravelPilot stands for
Three areas of value
1. Comply with the travel policy
Technically supported rules from your travel policy appear exactly at the moment of searching and booking.
2. Follow the booking process
Employees go straight to the intended route to your company portal and travel service.
3. Better data basis
Transparent process indicators for your steering and your travel management review.
Data-minimising by design
- No full URLs, search content, destinations, names, cookies or payment data.
- No user or device ID, no personal profile; travellers do not need an account.
- Counting takes place locally in the browser; only daily counters per website and rule are transmitted.
- Small values are suppressed in reports; no freely combinable filters.
- Measured values are client observations and are not intended for sanctions against individuals.
- Transparency report for the works council and data protection, with data categories and limits.
Data-minimising does not automatically mean anonymous: with every transmission, hosting providers technically process the IP address. Details are in the data protection and security package.
Limits you should know
- Only works in managed Chrome and Edge browsers with the extension installed.
- Apps, private devices, other browsers and telephone bookings are not covered.
- Supported are the websites listed in the website library and your own domains – not "all websites".
- Website visits are not bookings; portal clicks are not proof of bookings.
- Devices without a connection only receive changes at the next retrieval.

IT setup session
optional add-on · remote, 60–90 minutes
An Intertours expert sets up the deployment together with your IT team or IT service provider – using the tool you already use (Intune, Group Policy, Google Admin). Terms on request.
Requirements
- Managed Windows or macOS devices with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
- IT distributes the extension via policy (e.g. Group Policy or Intune).
- Internal approvals according to your organisation – e.g. management, IT, data protection, works council.
- An approved booking portal, e.g. Intertours Travel, SAP Concur or your own access.
Enterprise is a beta: the features are ready to use and are being expanded further. Intertours activates it on request; there is no automatic billing. Registering does not commit you to anything and does not include consent to marketing.
